What Does an hour of boot camp entail?
There is nothing typical about an hour at Valeo Boot Camp because each day is different. It is designed to work on various areas of the body to improve your overall health. The workouts will include one or all of the following techniques:
* Resistance Training
* Stretching
* Running /Jogging/Walking
* Speed, Agility and Quickness Drills
* Calisthenics
* Fun Fitness Games
* Obstacle courses
* Wind Sprints
* Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
* Free weight exercises
* Bands/tubes
* Ab and all-around Core Training
* Group Drills
* Jumping Rope
What will I get out of boot camp?
You will be in the best shape of your life and you'll begin your path to a new lifesyle filled with healthy habits! A new you will imerge from the inside out! You will gain confidence, energy and self motivation. Most importantly, you WILL GET RESULTS. As a bonus you will meet amazing people that will become your source of inspiration, as well, as become great friends.
What should I bring?
You will need 3-8 pound weights, an exercise mat and water. And always bring a positive attitude!
Comfortable workout gear and running shoes. If your shoes are more than 1 year old you increase the risk of injury. If you start to experience shin pain or arch pain it's a sign that new shoes are needed.
Other items to consider are a small towel to dry off with and keep the sweat out of your eyes, gloves, ear covering and sweatshirt in the fall. When the weather changes you’ll want to dress in layers.
Do I have to be in shape to participate at Valeo Boot Camp?
Absolutely not! First, our medical history form will let us know any precautions related to your health and fitness levels. You will start training at your own level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone so don't hold off cause you think you're out of shape....it's NEVER to late!
I'm already in shape and work out at a gym - why would I come to boot camp?
Simple..... you Plateau!!! The human body is a fasinating machine and can adapt quickly and become immune to a workout. Incorporating a wide range of movements and new exercises in each workout, you will achieve a quicker, more powerful result. Using the gym is an excellent workout, for sure, but the boot camp program can provide a way for you to achieve a greater level of overall fitness. It will also provide someone who already has the discipline to exercise on a consistant basis to get you fitter, faster, and stronger, than ever before.
What results can I expect?
New students can expect about a 20% improvement in endurance, strength and agility. Your flexibility will be greatly improved and you will even experience a mind body connection you never knew you could have.
Subjective things like increased mental positive toughness, energy levels, improved sleep and reduced joint stiffness are also a benefit. Most of our students are shocked at their improvements!! Results will vary depending on your effort and your diet, of course, but it is possible to have a complete, noticeable, difference in a short time!
How much does it cost?
You have options to fit your schedule and budget that is best suited to you. Packages are - $159 for 5 days a week, $139 for 4 days a week and $119 for 3 days a week - for a 4 week session of boot camp.
How do I sign up?
Simply go the registration page then sign up online. If you would prefer to pay by personal check, select personal check and mail it before camp starts or bring it day one of camp. Payment must be received by day one of camp.

Can I start a class in the middle of a session or month?
Yes, you will be charged a prorated amount based upon the package you select.
Can I make up a session at another Valeo Boot Camp location and time?
Yes and no....I know not exactly the answer you were looking for, huh?! Well here's the skinny on that subject -- if your normal morning boot camp instructor is the same instructor that is teaching the camp you would like to make your class up at, then yes. Otherwise, you'll have to make up your sessions at the boot camp location you signed up for.
What credit cards do you accept?
We take VISA, MASTERCARD,DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
What is your Refund Policy?
There are no refunds. We will allow credits for up to 3 days towards the next boot camp with a purchase of another package, but you must tell us about the dates you will miss, before camp starts or as soon as you know about them. You must make-up these classes by the end of the following month or they expire.
Remember this is a commitment to your fitness and the goal you set to get in shape or stay in shape. This is where your positive no excuses attitude comes into play! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
