Valeo Boot Camp is a 4 week program that meets Monday through Friday, 5 days per week at 5:30 in the morning . You can choose 3, 4 or 5 days a week to attend. Workouts are for one hour and consist of many different type of workouts such as running drills, plyometrics, strength training and fitness games done in a different format each day. We believe that consistantly varied high intensity workouts will bring the best results for your overall fitness. Don’t be worried that you can’t do it. You can and we’ll help you to acheive it. We will never expect you to do more than you can but we do expect you to do your best.

At Valeo Boot Camp you will be a part of a group, each person committed to making great change in their lives. Over the course of the camp you will work together supporting, motivating  and encouraging each other to do better and reach for more. You will push each other past what was previously thought possible and sweating your way to a new unique bond of friends that will last a life time.

Valeo Boot Camp program is designed to work through different muscle groups, while increasing the intensity over the 4 week period to build your endurance level. Valeo Boot Camp is designed to acheive RESULTS and is well-suited for all abilities.
